Come “taste some mindfulness”… Yes, I mean taste…. Join us on April 4th and you will find out what I mean.
The Free introduction is a great way to discover the wonders of MBSR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. No experience necessary and no judgement ever. Please come hear about what MBSR can do for your mind, body, and spirit. You will learn about the class requirements like: weekly group meetings, homework of 45 mins daily, the 7 hour full day retreat on a Saturday, instruction of 3 formal techniques: Mindfulness Meditation, Body Scanning, and Simple Mindful Yoga (no pretzels; I promise! 🙂 Group discussion and exploration are essential parts of the program. Please join me, Gi; and I believe you will be pleasantly surprised with what you will learn about MBSR and the practice of mindfulness. 🙂
