The Seven Attitudinal Factors of Mindfulness are at the heart of this work!  Begin the audio below to learn about these powerful tools to bring mindfulness powerfully into your life!  Make sure you local the worksheet list to following along.

Mindfulness Agreement 

Contracts empower us to have a stronger relationship to our commitments!  Find the Mindfulness handout, complete the top,  listen to the audio, and sign the mindfulness agreement. Make an honest commitment to yourself to do the work!  There is no magic pill – just good old fashioned work.  Remember that everything takes time, work and patience.  And remember to breath.

Mindfulness Postures 

The posture of your body matters when working on your mindfulness practice!  Whether you are sitting on a mediation pillow, in a chair, standing in mountain pose or lying down in the astronaut posture … make sure your lower back has a slight curve to order for your energy centers to be free flowing.  Thoughtful body posture allows you to be present in the moment!  Watch the video below as Gi brings you through these body postures.

Guided Sitting Meditation (10 minutes)

Welcome to your first guided sitting meditation!  While practicing this meditation, please remember the definition of Mindfulness is “paying attention on purpose to whatever the moment brings”.

Because by sitting quietly, and turning your attention towards other things, like refocusing on your breath, Mindfulness becomes easier.

Goals & Dreams Sheet

When you allow, make time, and practice mindfulness, you can create the life you truly want to live and the world is your oyster!  You can attract anything by positively and mindfully focusing on what you desire.

Mindfulness Game Plan 

Now that you have discovered your Goals and Dreams – begin to attract them into your life by writing down your Game Plan as you step away from the “stands” and into “the arena”.  As you write down your intentions of your Game Plan, breathe into each request to allow them to manifest.  It’s your life — how do you want to live it.

This is your first introduction to the Life Balance Wheel which serves to empower you in every area of your life using your Mindfulness Practice.

Guided Sitting Meditation (20 minutes)

As we continue to advance your journey in your Mindfulness practice, remember to invite any unwanted thoughts, feelings, emotions or bodily sensations in for a cup of tea.  By inviting your unwanted elements in – they begin to disappear, dissolve and fade away.
